We have an issue where not all of our clubbers are showing on the activity report. We have between 3 to 5 out of about 80 that are not being listed on the activity report despite the fact that they are active and have had sections marked through handbook progress. The date on the report was checked and we have even gone as far as to include it up to 2 years in the past to the current date without success.
Today, I took one of our clubbers and marked a section complete and then ran the report and it did not generate their activity. I have not been able to find any correlation between the clubbers that may provide an idea as to why they are not showing up on the activity report. I have wondered whether some of them have been marked inactive and then remarked active and whether that may have something to do with it. However, I've been unable to confirm if that is the case. I have not tried recreating their profiles, yet, but that may be what I try next.

I apologize for the trouble you’re facing in this. The first thing that comes to mind for this is that the activity report only shows active clubbers in active handbook groups within a certain date range. Can you confirm that these 3-5 students are indeed assigned to a handbook group?
It should not make a difference that they were marked as inactive and reactivated, however, we can look into if that is the problem and test as well.
If you could let me know the group status of the clubbers, that would be helpful so we can continue to look into this if there is further work needed.
