Need to delete records

I am seeing only unacceptable answers in the community forums. SURELY by now there is a way to delete a child's record! Some poor person had 11 entries for the same child. Overwrite those? Clear out the handbook records? I am sure there is something better by now, I just don't see it in the forum. Other than that, you have a good program that is getting better slowly but surely.

Thank you so much for taking the time to contact the Mozo Help center. At this point in time there is not a way to delete a student record. We do recommend if you have duplicate entries in your system that you utilize the Inactive Child feature. Under “Manage Children” below the child’s name and birth date is the word “Active.” When you click on the word “Active” a screen will pop up asking if you are sure you want to inactivate the child. Select “Inactivate.” This will move the child from all active groups to the “Inactive” tab under “Manage Children.” From there, you can choose to either leave the record inactive, or choose to later re-write over the child’s current information with a new student’s information and handbook progress.
We are constantly looking to improve Mozo and we appreciate the input and we do take into account users recommendations and desired features.
