Manage Children Access

William Sespico Jan 15, 2017 05:16PM CST

How does one get permission to access "Manage Children" feature? I noticed you must be account owner for this. Can my church give me this designation so that I may edit incorrect data on our kids i.e incorrect handbook or some other basic data. We are just getting started on 1-17-17.
Thank you for your help.

William, good news! They just released the ability for churches to allow [all] leaders to edit child info under my groups-- without requiring them to be account owners. An account owner for your church must turn this on-- they can find the settings under "Manage Settings".

Yes, in order to be designated an “Account Owner” your Commander or another account owner who has access to “Manage Leaders” can log in and give you that designation. They can designate as many leaders as they wish as “Account Owners”. Thanks for using Mozo! Let us know if you have any other questions.
